Set against the charm of Prince Edward County, this cottage renovation by Black Water Homes reimagined a dated retreat to better serve family and guests. With only one bathroom shared between four bedrooms, the layout was reconfigured to create a private and luxurious ensuite for the master. 


By narrowing an underused storage area, space was gained for a spa-like retreat complete with modern finishes and thoughtful details.  The main bathroom was also refreshed with new tile, a sleek tub, upgraded flooring, and a contemporary vanity, bringing both comfort and style to this welcoming getaway.
